Ford E 350 headlight replacement
Looking at swapping out headlights on late 90s Ford. Lots of replacements on ebay but not many seem to be DOT. Most use the same bulbs as what is on now. Anybody done the conversion? Any problems?

- I switched mine to the cold light type...Slyvania, I think. Check to ensure the # is match is correct. The only catch then, was the catch. The lens removal...what an ordeal. I ended up at a Ford dealer and asked the shop foreman how to release them. Depending on the year of yours..you may have to search around a bit to find out how to get that lens out.
