I have a 2010 Jamboree E450. While inspecting the engine under the dog house, I noticed I had several missing exhaust manifold studs. Researching the issue, I found that broken studs is a common problem on the V10s because of the size of the cast iron manifold and the changes in shape due to heating and cooling cycles. I counted about 8 missing studs. Called around to several shops that could possibly work in RVs to R&R the studs. The few places that were willing to work on the RV estimated $1500 to $2000 to perform the job. I said "What the hell" and called Banks to find out the cost for their header replacement. They gave a price of $2000 for their "Power Plus header" done in house. This was a solution I could accept. Did the job in a day. All is now good. Mileage about the same, performance slightly improved. No manifold leaks.
