Best & cheapest way is just to install DUel exhaust with as large diameter pipes and duel mufflers of coarse. Don't forget a BIG breathing intake filter...K&N ??? An engine is just a big air pump. Air in...Air out equals POWER! Nothins gonna do much for gas mileage tho.
