Ford E450 class c with V10 slow to start sometimes

I have a 04 class c with the v10. After it sit for some time it will turn over for 5-10 sec be for starting up. It dose not do this all the time mostly after it sits for a week or two. It has done it...

It doesn't really sound normal. I would have fuel pressure checked, might be bleeding off due to leak or bad regulator, or fuel pump going bad. Or maybe fuel filter slightly clogged. Any of these problems can equal a no start some day.
