Forest River Motorhomes RV One Superstores????

I am requesting a few basic pieces of trim from RVDirect and two weeks into ownership the other end (RVDirect) is completely silent. Guess I'll have to get Jayco involved directly, I got a great price so I knew I'd be going it alone on any major issues but never knew (in my case) a piece of trim would be so darn difficult to get from those clowns. Best of luck, if my experience is any indication I can't imagine having REAL issues like you.....
