I've learned the hard way that the quality of the dealer is almost as important as the brand of coach you buy.
My experience with my dealer was awful. Forest River was wonderful to deal with and went over and above to make things right. After months of dealer run around (which eventually got the service manager fired), the factory picked up my coach, brought it to the factory and fixed all my punch list items and then some. They then brought the coach back with a full tank of fuel.
As contentious my relationship with the dealer was, Forest River never gave me a reason to be upset with them.
I can't help but think that, given the chance, Forest River will correct your issue for you.
