OK, you finally posted some of the problems. BUT, YOU still have NOT stated what YOU want. You are complaining about this and that. But, what is it you WANT???? You HAVE to give FR a chance to address and see and fix the issues. What has FR proposed?? Another dealer that is not in your selling dealer network??? The plain fact is, as upset as you are, YOU have no recourse or can demand HOW they fix your issues. The ONLY thing you can demand and expect is, to allow FR or an authorized service center to repair and correct all your problems, then you see if they did. You CANNOT use Lemon Law or any other venue until you allow them time to address and fix your issues. Once they do and possibly fail at fixing the issues, you then have ammunition to Lemon Law or sue them. Has FR said anything about them picking up the RV and returning it to Indiana for the Factory service center to fix? That is what I would do. Have them pick up the unit, give them a detailed list and pics and then have them fly you to Indiana after the repairs and if NOT to your satisfaction, then you can leave it, and have them fly you back home and then start the Legal process.
