donn: Lol I think you have me pegged. It was so "glamorous" compared to my 10 year old coach (which was my first one) than I was lax in checking some of this stuff to begin with. I did take it back to them...they kept it a month...and still didn't complete all the items I listed. It's not like there were dozens...maybe eight, but they seem extremely disorganized
