A fantastic fan is a decent vent fan. Quieter and moves a lot more air than the typical 4-5" diameter fan.
No clue on the entertainment center... Some Sunseekers have an inside entertainment center as an option in place of the cabover bed... I prefer the cabover bed because that gives me extra storage.
The hydraulic jacks are a must. Park, mash a button, and your rig is levelled. No worries about blocks, no worries about trying to get within a few degrees of vertical, the only thing to really bother with is tossing jack pads down so the rig doesn't sink in sand or asphalt.
