Get the fan, great deal on a decent high volume fan. There are two outside entertainment centers, one is a basic stereo with CD player, the other has an actual TV center. I'd skip the hydraulic levers - the larger Class C's are already short on cargo capacity - skip the inside entertainment center over the bunk too... It adds lots of weight and deletes a sleeping spot.
