We have a 2013 and love the layout, especially the bottom bunk that turns into a couch (so does our 100lb dog!) and that the dinette is next to the other couch so we can all sit together and actually be able to talk to each other.
No leveling jacks but that has not been an issue, especially since the C is so easy to drive and move around if we have to.
Kitchen counter space is sufficient when you pull up a folding counter section. We have so. Much storage space that we still have empty bins and drawers!
Ours came with a small folding table that we've never used, but I can see the appeal if it were just two of us.
We also have a Fantastic Fan above the dinette. It sucks hot air out of the unit like what youd'd find in the bathroom, but it's quieter and stronger. Wish we had one in the bedroom, too.
We traded in a very nice TT with a bunkhouse for the Class C and have not regretted it once.
