no-they can be leveled using hard plastic blocks that various camping places sell. you basically do it manually putting them under the appropriate wheels.
it can be done-it's just a pain. however if you are going to camp grounds that have mostly level sites it probably will rarely be an issue.
Modern absorbtion refrigerators do not have to be quite as level as older models but they still have to be close to level.
