I have a 2014, the fresh water drain, is inside a compartment, next to in-house filter system.
It is a toggle in-line valve, there should still be a drain tube coming out of bottom of unit. Mine is two tubes, one is water heater drain, which is just a cap at end of hose, the other hose no cap, just have to go into compartment, next to water filter to get to valve, to drain.
"the valve for switching between city water and fresh water tank", there is not a valve to switch between City or fresh, on mine, once city water attached, it pressurizes the system, water pump not needed. When on fresh tank only, just need water pump on.
