Forester 2431S, where is Fresh water drain valve?

We have fellow Forester owner on the Forest River Forum who can't locate his fresh water drain valve. I thought I might give this forum a try for him. Most of us with the FR Foresters or Sunseekers have the valves in one of the rear cargo compartment set behind a fold down door. He says he doesn't. There must be a drain as there is a blue freshwater tube hanging down next to the low point drain. Anyone out there with this model?
