From what I've seen so far by peeking between the wheels, it appears the duals are mounted directly to the axles, with no spacers. I'll know more (and share pics) when I get the hubcaps off for external clean & shine this weekend.
The front wheels are standard Dodge Van issue, as is the spare. So, if there is a flat on the back, BOTH duals of that side have to come off to put on ONE spare standard wheel.
All 6 tires are the same size, at least, 245/75R 16.
