Freedom 458 inverter not charging/no pass thru

We have a 2000 Tradewinds 38' with a inverter problem.. It is a Freedom 458, single in, dual out, 2000 amp... The inverter works great in the invert mode, but when AC power is supplied it has a blinki...

Mine did the same thing. I replaced the charging printed circuit board per Xantrex recommendation for about $250. That was 4 years ago. All is still well.
