2003 Jayco Granite Ridge fresh water tank does not seem to drain completely. Is there a dedicated drain for that tank other than the lowe point drains? Thanks for any help you can give.
Where is the fresh water tank? Second is, where are the valves for winterizing the plumbing system? Not just the water heater. Someplace you have to turn a valve to suck RV antifreeze into the system. The fresh water drain valve is close by most often.
Just so you know, the low point drains are for your water lines. Not for the fresh water tank. You could drain the tank through the low point drains by running your pump with them open. But there should be a drain directly on the bottom of the tank.
Can't speak specifically to the Jayco unit, but there sometimes are. My Salem Hemisphere has a drain immediately below the fresh water tank with a quarter turn petcock on it, but many don't. You don't indicate which model you have, but here's a link to the owner's manual for 2003 Granite Ridge. It has sanitization procedures that should show their recommended way to drain the tank.
