My elite fridge freezes... I have a ice-maker switch that is turned on..is this the problem? I am on, electric. It is wintertime(20F) and I am using the fridge, does this matter? I used the fridge ...

If the temp Thermister is NOT installed and hanging down then the refer will run continuously and indeed freeze. Doug
