What you are looking at is known as a "wet hub" the wheel bearings run in oil. your NAPA dealer has both types of oil for them, we run the synthetic type. the other is regular 80/90 gear oil.
Do not over fill. while the wheel is spinning the centrifugal force holds the oil at the out side of the bearing race, but while setting it will settle to the bottom of the hub and should never be above the circular ring which is the full line.
When over filled, the oil may seep out the inner seal, and ruin your brake shoes, or lubricate the brake disk. (not good) :)
