How a Chevy V8 Class C drives has nothing to do with my basic non-preference for them.
Their looks and number of cylinders has everything to do with it. Chevy cutaways do not "look the part" of a rugged truck and their motors don't "purr right" with only eight holes. They're also too long in the nose - I like my cutaways to be more stubby in front - beginning with the new Dodge 3/4 ton van we bought way back in 1972 with it's stubby nose look.
(I can't believe I used to be an engineer - having an emotional opinion like that! :S )
