I've been driving diesel cars and diesel pickup that occasionally I have to fill up at truck stops.
Saddly at truck fuel pumps CC reader is not priority as trucker has to go inside for receipt anyway. There is pretty new truck stop o I-5 in central CA where none of 16 pumps has a reader. You do have DEF nozzle on each one of them thought.
But once you learn the tricks, you figure out what is the best for you.
If you mind waiting at truck stop, Shell stations usually have good access to pumps with readers on them.
I just come back from Oregon, so fuel station attendants are totally different topic.
