I've never had an issue with filling the coach with diesel. I pay at the pump. Usually it's a station with a diesel pump intended for smaller rigs, but I frequent one nearby convenience store that has the high-volume pumps for heavy trucks.
I've filled at the RV lanes at Pilot.Flying J, but never the truck lanes, at least not yet.
