Most of the units on Dodge Chassis,up to 2002 I believe, had all the coach fuses in the converter/charger, located on the left rear side under the seat. Look for the brown vented panel and turn the plastic tab at top and the door will drop down.
Your 12 volt fuses should be there along with all the 120 volt breaker switches.
Both 12V and 120V should be numbered and identified with a list on the back of the door. Also check out the Roadtrek website and on the home page click on brochures and scroll down to your year, and down load or view the PDF for your unit, for more info and specification list(last page of brochure).
