Based on two View Profiles I'm familiar with (2014 & 2015)..... it is very likely a failed regulator.
Reliable hearsay: the RV shop/dealer I use has replaced dozens of them last year.
Fact: Several Winnebago models & years have an LP hose recall in effect. (I'd have them check the rubber connecting hoses for hardening and cracking.)
