I have a '98 32' Coachmen based on the E-SuperDuty (which is what they called the E-450 chassis for a couple of years) with the V10. I seem to consistently get between 7.5 and 8 mpg (US gallon) at highway speeds (typically around 60-65 mph). Newer versions of the chassis should be a bit more efficient inherently, but not miraculously so.
Since a large part of the drag is aerodynamic, the frontal area and especially the speed of travel will have a significant affect on the mileage (as will the shape of the back of the motorhome, but there's not a lot of variation there). Length in itself is relatively a minor consideration, though of course longer units are usually also heavier, and weight has some bearing on milage--particularly in stop-and-go driving or hilly/mountainous terrain.
