Just figure 8 -10mpg. I have a 03 Chateau 26Q on a chevy 3500 cutaway van chassis with an 8.1L Vortec engine and I get 9.5 and don't pull a toad. If I get 9 I don't worry about it and just enjoy the trip. This summer we did a 5700+ mile trip in 13 western states and averaged 9.78. That included all types of driving and weather and AC on both the house and cab.
