Air suspension seats are the real answer. Put some in my F350 dually/camper, made life much better on the road, used same type of seat on a Chevy van toter home I used drive 50k miles a year towing a over loaded race car hauler.
Low profile frames are available for pickups, most A's will fit a big truck seat. Small 12v compressor does the job fine. Shop hard and save, used are out there and cheaper than air ride suspension. Air suspension helps, but not enough to justify the cost in many cases, correct tire pressure is much more important. Another suspension option is mor/ryde, google is your friend
