First.. Are you sure they will let you? NOt all do. But that settled.
Onan and Genrac generators are both designed very well, a 4 day run to them is .. Actually less damaging than an hour or six. They are designed to run constantly for weeks on end.
If you are worried.. Shut down every day for like an hour, check the oil, let it sit a bit, re-start and continue.
