I'll have to check on the Onan and a stack issue, but there is little if any back pressure from a GenTuri, now if you just stuck a pipe on the exhaust and ran it up to the roof that could/would be an issue.
I learned the hard way that other than daytime wide-awake short term or driving down the highway the stack goes on before the genny starts. We were running the gen one night to charge up batteries, cool the rig, watch a movie and use the microwave. Being a bit late and the movie being boring we all started to drift off, THANKFULLY the CO alarm was LOUD. the breeze that had been keeping the fumes away stopped and we were sitting in a cloud of exhaust. Bought the stack as soon as we got home.
