You probably have two circuit breakers. The Convection oven is a big draw, and probably on the same phase as one of the A/C units. Those two together might exceed the 30 amp circuit breaker capacity. Perhaps the other A/C is on the other phase, and would not have tripped the CB.
If you will frequently want to run the front A/C and convection oven, then it might be better to move the rear A/C and front A/C to the other circuit breakers. In other words, if rear A/C is powered by CB #6, and front A/C powered by CB#1, move the front one to #6, and rear one to #1. This will allow running the front A/C and convention oven without exceeding 30 amps on either phase.
You probably will need a electrician and someone with a amp meter to confirm all of this for you, but I think that is what will 'fix' it.
