This is the same problem I was having last week. I tried all the things that I can do with the generator in the RV. There is no room to see anything to fix. The generator is in a hole and no access to see anything to work on. I replaced the control board and changed the oil. The things I can access. Now I am dropping it out of the rig so I can work on it. I want to know if there is anything I should be aware of so I do not damage things. That is what I am asking. I need to get to the brushes and oil pressure switch. I cannot do that while and check the wiring. The rig has a half tank of fuel. I have ran it for 30 seconds holding the button. The problem is not carb or fuel system. It dies as soon as you release the start button. No puff or stumble. Air filter is clean too.
