The HR54 Genie has a built in Power Inserter and cannot be used with an external Power inserter but can be used with any SWM antenna that would require a standard home PI21 (21V) power inserter. It would be fully compatible with the Winegard Trav'ler, just remove the PI21 that comes with it and it would work with all tripod mounted DirecTV SWM antennas (again, don't use a separate power inserter).
