I've had a belly-full of this in the last 12 months. Obviously, naming names in negative reports may be potential for lawsuits, but what's the general opinion?

I realize that when writing a negative review, emotions get out of hand, and derogatory comments can slip out. That is why keeping the wording as professional as possible and stating only the facts is essential. I would contact the company with your concerns first.
