Google maintenance cost of Provost - might give you a different perspective on "bullet proof". Big diesel rigs are often expensive to maintain - more expensive than most people consider.
The Prevost coaches are made to be easily serviced and if the owner is competent he will find it easier to service than most other DP's. The fact that some places charge higher labor rates is not because the Prevost is difficult to service but that it is a Prevost and you pay more for service because the service shops thinks you can afford to pay more.
None of the major bus lines, etc would still have a Prevost chassis bus if they were difficult to maintain. Normal service is very easy.
