I found the 111 page manual and read through it and in the troubleshooting it pointed to TIP sheet 82. After some additional searching, I found TIP sheet 124 that sure appears to be the same setup as my rails. It shows to measure 2 points on the extension rail and make adjustment based on the slide floor thickness. Problem is I don't know that thickness and why I'm going to make small adjustments at a time and check.
I did find the locking pins issue in comments as you mention.
I do see the top of the slide sucking in tighter than the bottom when closed, which tells me it is leaning top in, bottom out leaving a gap on the top when extended. Seems to make sense to me.
I'm going to give it a little try tomorrow and see how it goes.
