I can relate. We waited, I'd say closer to 15 years before we got our Sportsmobile. Researched it to death! B, C, TT, a Pod trailer, and every and anything else you could think of. Zeroed in on the Sportsmobile-type the last 10 or so years. And finally decided on them the last 5 years. Next was the floor plan, which we were already pretty close on. Fortunately it was shortly after we retired we bought it sooner than we planned. Paid more than planned but never regretted a moment of it. Best thing we ever did. For us the Sportsmobile was the best option and the best bang for the buck!
I guess what I'm trying to say is, if you nay say and pick at all the draw backs and the what ifs, and let this moment pass you could regret it down the line. Worse thing is later to say, Boy I/we should have...!!!
I'm not saying don't do your homework, research, accounting, etc. Too much pondering, in our case, causes regret.
