Good Sam strikes again

I was at my other house 3 weeks ago and my diesel duelly died in the garage. Called Good Sam and in a while here came a wrecker and a very helpful man that pulled it out of the garage and towed it to a repair facility that had it fixed in just a few days. I hadn't expected to get it near that quick, plus it was cheap and seems to be good work....Thanks Good Sam! Second time I have used Good Sam and both times first class.

The tow truck was driven and owned by a Mexican fellow and his card has not one word of English on it----none. Truck got fixed at a place called Lees Diesel in Bonlee, NC. Just a little place in the middle of a huge lumber yard....they only worked on diesel pick up trucks not motor homes.

You can post this on RVSERVICEREVIEWS.COM and note pickups only. LOTS OF diesel TV's out there

Great to get good news. I agree most people only post complaints and the happy people just go happily on their way

    True.........

BUT it only takes 'one ah &%#^' to wipe out a bunch of 'atta boys'

It's the 'ah &%#^' that stand out and ALL companies have them.
It's how they are handled afterwards and IF anything is learned from them that counts.

CW doesn't seem to handle or learn from them.

man there really improving. good for them. nice to here some good reports.

Do you mean they're really improving? If yes, I agree. But typically you only hear the negative situation as most people won't post positive situations. I bet that if we had access to ALL reports for ERS situations, the positive would greatly outweigh the negative.

X2, I really don't see that many complaints on here for the number of people that use CW. I have had bad results at some stores but not at all of them. When I called to complain management did make it right for me. I don't think that anyone is going to be pleased all of the time. If you are talking about GSERS, the same for me on them also good and bad service, but mostly good. JMO

  • Please post a review of the repair shop at RVSERVICEREVIEWS.COM so others know of what may be a decent repair facility
