what does the tire and wheel protection offer you? should I purchase it or not?

It was given to me when I purchased my new 5th wheel. On a long trip in year two, I blew 2 tires in separate events. I replaced the cheap China Bombs that came on the trailer with new Goodyear Marathons. They paid in full for the Goodyears. They only checked with the tire company to make sure there was a certain amount of tread on them I think 7/32"???? other than that, no questions asked. Tire, balance and mounting.
