Drain cleaner
The bladder expands to seal to the line you put it in and there is a very high pressure jet at the other end. As long as you monitor the holding tank to ensure you don't over fill you should be able to break stuff loose as it fills, drain and start again.
The ultimate solution is to find these folks or one of their franchisees.
RV tank cleaning
Thanks Bill. When I mentioned that I tried to use pressure from inside, the pressure bladder is what I tried. But it just forced water back up in the other pipes. I put it in the bath sink, and the shower flooded and the kitchen sink started farting. No help there.
The other link you provided will probably work if they are still in business. If the enzyme stuff didn't work, I'll call first thing Monday morning. I'm waiting until Monday morning to open the valve again, giving the enzyme stuff about 40 hours to work it's magic. Fortunately, the park we are at has showers and dish washing facilities, or we'd be screwed. Thanks for the link!
Sounds like you put the bladder in the wrong pipe. I would put it into the discharge line. Close the black valve and there is no where for the water to go other than into your grey tank. Run for awhile, stop flushing, close the grey valve, remove the bladder and allow the water back out. Repeat as necessary. If the valve is open, it's a direct shot to the holding tank and holding tank only.
