"Full River = China....naa, I'll pass"
But probably/hopefully the Fullriver battery line is one of the (rare?) legitimately high quality manufactured-in-China products that actually meets solid engineering criteria ... plus:
- Is becomiing widely used ... and more and more respected, from what I can tell.
- Was chosen by a company with impeccable worldwide battery credentials - Rolls Surrette - to relabel the very Fullriver model in my link as a Rolls Surrette model until Rolls Surrette can get their own AGM battery manufacturing line up and running ... what an endorsement!
- Is as expensive as many other top notch AGM battery products (only a little less $$$ than Lifelines) ... which is proof enough that it isn't a common junk product being manufactured in China.
FWIW, I was going to buy a couple of Lifeline AGM batteries before I decided on Fullriver. I decided against Lifeline because Lifeline refuses to specify that it's OK to float their AGM batteries at 13.6 volts ... which is what I float our RV batteries at week after week, month after month, while the RV is in storage. The Fullriver battery I chose (which is also available relabeled for Rolls Surrette) has an in-writing float specification of 13.6 to 13.8 volts ... as did the previous two Group 29 AGM batteries in the RV that these Fullriver batteries replaced. I trust some manufactured-in-China products ... but far from "all".
