There are units of that style in most brands. Winnebago, Itasca, and others. Some have two twin beds at normal bed level in the rear, with an option to connect them as well.
Most Class C and B+ units are built on Ford chassis so mechanically all the brands tend to be similar.
The Appliances are also produced by only a couple of brands which predominate the industry.
Look for units which appear to have been well maintained, Records are great as are manuals for the unit. Water intrusion/damage is your primary concern. Look inside every cabinet, with a flashlight for signs of moisture past and present. Press on walls to feel for bubbles and or soft spots, if signs of water intrusion or leakage are found, walk away unless you want to take on a major rehab of the unit.
There are Youtube videos showing what to look for, watch a few.
As far as the BT Cruiser specifically, they are generally seen as good units, just check it over thoroughly, and if possible have either a very experienced friend, or hire a person with that experience to inspect the unit for you.
