Unfortunately the Class C you're looking at probably has a Chevy 3500 chassis under it instead of a Chevy 4500 chassis. I say "unfortunately" because IMHO heavier duty is always better.
You can probably easier find used Class C motorhomes built on a Ford E450 chassis than you can built on a Chevy 4500 chassis.
However, if the one you've located is in fact a Chevy 4500 .... go for it!
