while this sucks.... If any vehicle of mine was stolen I wouldn't want it back..... let them have it and that is what I pay my insurance for. In your case, what the repair facility pays it's insurance for.

You don't know what they did to it or in it... I doubt they drove it as careful as you would and took care of it while they were using it.
