Get a notebook out and start doing a mental walk through of every cabinet and storage bay in the coach. Break it down by bay, front driver's bay, rear right bay, etc. List the items that you can remember. Leave the notebook out so that every time something comes to mind you can jot it down. Don't forget add ons like bike racks, GPS unit and mounts and phone mounts. Small propane tanks, disposal propane tanks, air hoses, oil and other items.
Your insurance may just have a dollar amount limit for personal items, but it's good to know what you have/had and what it's worth.
