It is very meaning full when the cost of the 19.5 tires are more than the op's 22.5 tire quote. It says to me the op is getting a good price.

For what it is worth, I had a quote from our local Goodyear dealer for 275-70R 22.5 tires. Price was a little less than 1800 for 4 balanced and mounted.

That would be vey acceptable in my books for those tires and would keep the whole process simple. Make sure that the seller/installer has the tire dates that you are willing to accept. We have been running Hankooks on our personal vehicles and mh's since 2007 and have been very satisfied. GY and Michelin's have just gotten to expensive for my tastes.

There's no reason not to expand the knowledge, Hankook AH11 doesn't denote any particular size. I have 19.5" tires, so I found it informative.

Good question, and I'd sure be on the alert for that. They know darn well most people won't check or don't care.

I think it is a good price. Last year 4 of the same size mounted, balanced, and tax was $1,780.

Excellent prices IMHO for our tire size.

Prices paid for smaller tires have no relevance regarding prices.
