Tire air pressure should only be adjusted to meet the weight requirements specified in the Tire Pressure Load Chart. Adjusting tire pressure for a softer ride could result in under inflation resulting in the tire running hot and an eventual BLOW OUT !! On the other hand, over inflation can seriously impact the ability to properly steer and control the vehicle.
I've been a Forum member for 12 years and there has always been a debate about getting the RV weighed and then inflating tires in accordance with the Tire Pressure Load Chart.
