Still have the bulge in our Intent 26M. (live in SW FL so factory trip is out of the question.) There have been numerous repair issues with this Intent...water leaks around entry door window, AC leaks water into the galley, tailgate ref doesn't cool, defrost covers cracked, leveling jacks slowly extend by themselves, hood supports have fallen off, bk up light out, intermittent wipers won't work, slide silicon smears across slides when opening and pulls/sticks to rubber seal, wall gap between bathroom and bedroom, etc etc. The workmanship we expected from Winnebago is not present. On a more positive note, we are pleased with the engine performance.
