Took a list to RV World for warranty repairs which included a leaking AC unit, tailgate ref that didn't work, missing hood supports, etc. When we got it back the items were either ordered or not repaired. We were lucky as a Winnebago rep was there! He listened to our complaints and said things would be repaired including the "bump" in the body. Said he would bring a tech from Winnebago if he had to. I plan to stay on this to make sure it is completed.:)
