The lemon law in Florida does not apply to the "house", it's only applicable to the chassis components and a few other things such as windshield and driver and passenger windows. Pretty much everything else like delamination, AC leaks, electric issues, furnace,refrig, etc. are not covered. The OP's issues would fall into that category.
