Looking ahead, eventually the carpet in the front of the coach will need to be replaced...right now it's still in great shape so this query if only for reference...or I buy a coach that need carpet re...

The PO put in bamboo engineered flooring above heating elements. One for the bath area, the other for the front. Nice to have a warm floor when it is chilly outside.
The hardwood vs. carpet was a huge selling point for us as we have two kids and three dogs. There is still carpet in the rear bedroom, which is the only place it should be in a coach IMHO.
